Continuance Request

If you need a continuance of your court date, your request must be received by our office at least 1 day prior to your original assigned court date. Please call 678-425-6883 or email court@cityofwinder.com.

Forms of Payment

No personal or business checks will be accepted
If your citation does not require a mandatory court appearance, and if you do not wish to come to court, payment MUST be received by 5pm the date of your court date.
Accepted methods of payment: Cash, Money Order, Certified Check, Credit/Debit Card (Visa or MasterCard Only)

There will be a 3% fee added to all credit/debit card transactions

PAY ONLINE: Online Payments may take up to 48 hours to process. If paying on your court date, be aware that the 48 hour processing period may result in failure to appear fee on your citation. All payments will have an added 3% processing fee as well as a $2.50 Municipal Court Fee.
