Development Team meetings serve as an informal vetting session in advance of the formal application process. The City of Winder Utilities Department manages a wide range of public utilities, gas, water, sewer, and stormwater.  Reach out to our department early to see what utilities are available for your project.  There may be occasions where we may provide the gas, water and stormwater infrastructure and another entity supplies the sewer.  Regardless, our staff is here to help make the project run smooth for start to finish.  We want to assure you we’re here to help make this process as seamless as possible.  We’re here to help with all your needs and questions.
