Public Works Mission Statement

The City of Winder contracts with ESG Operations, Inc. for the operation of the City's Public Works Department (PWD). The PWD is responsible for maintaining the streets, right-of-ways, parks and recreation areas. The PWD also picks up yard debris on a weekly basis.
