The City of Winder will continue to manage annual property tax billing in-house. Residents inside the City limits will receive both a City of Winder tax bill and a Barrow County tax bill.

Those who live inside Winder City limits may pay online, by mail, or in-person at the City’s Customer Service Center downtown.

Property tax bills will include property taxes, a library assessment fee, and a stormwater fee. The City will begin mailing 2025 property tax bills by Oct. 1, 2025, and payments will be due by Dec. 1, 2025.
