The City of Winder invites the community to close out the TGIFF season with Barrels & Brews on Friday, Oct. 3, from 6-9 p.m. at Jug Tavern Park.  

 Guests can enjoy live music from Midland Station, sip on craft beer in the Top Job Beverage Beer Garden featuring selections from 10 Georgia breweries, including seasonal Oktoberfest favorites, and cheer on friends and neighbors in a round of festive competition.

 Returning this year are the crowd-favorite Oktoberfest Games, including the partner sausage toss and beer stein holding contest, where winners will take home their very own Barrels & Brews Glass Boot. Attendees can also test their skills at free axe throwing.  

“TGIFF has become a tradition in Winder, and we’re excited to end the season with one of our most popular events,” said Talore Ruedt, Director of Events. “We’re proud to highlight some of the best breweries in Georgia at Barrels & Brews. Pair that with live music and games, and it’s a one-of-a-kind evening in downtown Winder.”
