NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Winder will hold a public hearing regarding the initiation of a Development Impact Fee Study and preparation of a Capital Improvements Element pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 36-71-1 et seq.

The hearing will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2nd, at the Winder Community Center located at 113 E. Athens Street, Winder, Georgia 30680.

The purpose of the hearing is to inform the public regarding the proposed impact fee study process and to receive public input regarding future capital facility and infrastructure needs associated with growth and development within the City. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
