Wastewater System Information

The City of Winder contracts with ESG Operations, Inc. for the operation of the City's wastewater plants and the wastewater collection system. Clay Sykes and Dan Groselle, the co-founders of ESG Operations, Inc., are Registered Professional Engineers and each have over 20 years of experience in the operation of wastewater treatment and collection facilities. Neil Counts, the Project Director, is a Registered Professional Engineer and has over 15 years of experience in design, consulting and management of municipal facilities.
