If you receive a citation that does not require a court appearance and you wish to pay the fine instead of going to Court, you may do so at City Hall (45 East Athens Street, Winder, GA 30680) or at the Winder Police Department (94 North Broad Street, Winder, GA 30680), Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you wish to pay by phone, please call 770-867-3106. You must have your citation number available.
