Application for Rezoning/Annexation
The Application for Rezoning/Annexation form is used to request a change of zoning classification for a property currently inside the City Limits of Winder, or to request annexation into the City of a property currently adjacent to the City Limits. Included in this form is the application form, certification form and an application checklist. The form must be accompanied by a plat of the property, notarized, and submitted in person or by mail. Notary services are available at City Hall.

Application for Variance from the Zoning Resolution
This form is required for property owners desiring a variance from existing zoning regulations. Justification is required and must be included with the form. A plat must be included unless the property is located within a recorded subdivision. The form and accompanying required information must be submitted either by mail or in person, and must be notarized. Notary services are available at City Hall.
