Cultural Arts Mission Statement
The Mission of the City of Winder Cultural Arts Department is to make a positive difference in the quality of life within our city, county and region by providing affordable access to a total range of arts, to allow all citizens the opportunity the experience and enjoy all facets of the visual, literary and performing arts, and to facilitate growth of the arts through performances, festivals, shows, workshops and education.
