Downtown Development Authority
The purpose of Winder Downtown Development Authority is to foster the revitalization and redevelopment of Winder's Central Business District by facilitating projects that will promote trade, commerce, industry and employment opportunities. The authority consists of seven appointed members, each serving a term of office of 6 years.
